I will be going for detailed scan tomorrow (Friday afternoon). I thought the detailed scan is the 3D scan but the nurse told me that 4D(?) scan can only be done during 28th weeks..now it makes me confused but Hubby said it’s OK we will go again when the time comes.

Well, if there is one thing I hate the most during this pregnancy (apart from the morning sickness), it’s the frequent headache and the blurred vision I seem to be getting almost every time. I tried not to be hungry because hunger always make my head ache pre pregnancy but now even a tummy full of food is not helping..huhu! I wear my specs most of the time when I am out of the house or while watching the TV but still it doesn’t help much. 22 more weeks to go and I hope the time flies fast.

Have been telling myself, an only child is not that bad. Though occasionally I’m thinking that a pair would be great, but to go through another pregnancy, and the next one will be after I turn 30..huhu! I can’t imagine..sob!

Things that have been accomplished since weekend till today:

1. Went to Sepang on Saturday, bought 15kg of kerepek ubi for SIL
2. Sent the 90% completed hantaran for groom’s side to SIL’s house
3. Sunday – Bought additional items for bunga katil and the stand for bunga pahar with SIL in Balakong
4. Went to Sunway Pyramid to buy J-Co Donut
5. Found the matching floral arrangement for Niece’s kotak hantaran
6. Monday – Called HSBC requesting for new cheque book and annual fees waiver

I wrote the above lists in the evening, but once I went to the kitchen to cook dinner, I forgot all about it..heh! Anyway, I went to Jusco after dinner to buy some groceries and now I am making the list of menu to cook this week. I think I will cook nasi ayam tomorrow but for the next 2-3 days I am out of idea on what to cook..huhu!

I am still doing the hantaran for Niece and hopefully I can complete it by tonight. There’s actually not much to be done except for arranging and glueing the flowers and leaves to the top of the mengkuang box. Then once I’m done with those hantaran boxes, I will have to complete the bunga pahar.

The only motivating factor is the fact that I can watch TV and read books all day after this August event. Well, a few more weeks to go to achieve the goal of lazing around..heh!

We managed to go to J-Card Day yesterday, spend around 700 buying stuffs for baby, me and me..hehe..I love the fact that we saved a lot since most of the baby’s stuffs were on discount, some even 50% off the normal price. I bought few stuffs for myself and 2 sets of Akemi bedsheet, one for us and one for SIL. Since Jusco gave redemption vouchers, I got RM70 from the accumulated purchase.

I would love to spend more time checking out what else could be bought but Hubby must go to work in the afternoon. After that I sent the alas dulang for jahit tepi halus in Serdang and collected the pos daftar letter at Seri Kembangan post office. By 12 something Hubby sent me home and I dozed off to sleep till evening..heh!

Oh, I have to contact HSBC bank asking about my new cheque book. I hope they can courier the cheque book rather than I have to go to the branch to exchange the unused cheques. As most of us are aware of, the banking industry has implemented the new cheque clearing system known as the Cheque Truncation and Conversion System (“CTCS”) so the old cheques are no longer valid in July.

Anyway, today I called the factory which produces kerepek in Sepang and told Hubby that we have to go and buy 10kg of the kerepek ubi for SIL by tomorrow. I still can’t get the map to the area but since we have been to Sg Pelek before on the way to Bagan Lalang, we might be able to figure out the way.

Then Sunday I need to go and find another bunch of artificial flowers for niece’s bunga dulang since the blue roses which I bought last week didn’t really match her theme..huhu! SIL suggested the blue roses to be converted into bunga katil instead. Now I have to buy the floral container and some additional fillers as well for that arrangement.

Can’t wait to settle everything, it’s like 40% complete now. Still have bunga dip lily to be done and menial tasks here and there. I feel like I am the one getting married here..huhu!

For those who wonder what’s up with my previous entry, I was sad at 3 am and the song suits my mood..just the normal pregnancy mood swings..I am OK now..it’s just that being pregnant make me feel frustrated with life, like I am not sure what I want or whether what I do is being appreciated.

Anyway, a friend in Vancouver email a bunch of pictures and I particularly like this one.

I am off to bed now because I have to be up and ready for shopping spree Thursday morning..J-Card Day here I come..hehe!
