I need to tell something, especially for someone who has been wondering what is really bothering my mind for the past few weeks. The story is like this. Hubby has been jobless since 1st September. And I have been worried sick (am still worry) about our financial situation. However with all the effort and hard work and sacrifice, I think we can manage for now.
And last week, on Friday, Hubby got 2 job offers, one in Malaysia and another one in Singapore. In a way, it should not be a tough decision to choose which job to take but after the initial experience with the previous company, we should be more cautious this time.
90% possibility that Hubby will go for the Singapore job (which starts early Oct) and he has to relocate himself to Johor Bahru and commute everyday to Singapore. First we thought we should find a place in Singapore but after calculating the rental there (and the currency conversion), we might as well buy a bungalow here..huhu!
So now, should I pack my things and the whole house and move to JB with Hubby? Or should I stay here and we become a long distance couple, only meeting every 2 weeks. And we haven’t found the place in JB yet. I think my mind will be thinking so much about a lot of things for the next couple of days until we sort everything out…huhu!
That’s a tough decision to make..may things work smoothly by then…
