A Homemaker’s Diary

I wonder what we call this blue, biru kain sekolah menengah my friend said…hahaha..not too good to be commercialised as..so I’m going to call it as biru firus, too many blue tone to differentiate and named after..well this is what I’ve done with it, trying my hands to do alas dulang, next I’m going to jahit all the labuci and beads, but that only after I buy the thread with the same color…you can’t expect white thread to go with all the blue labuci and beads, though in extreme cases it does not look that weird..

After I’m done with this alas dulang, I’m going to create bunga dulang to go with all the gubahan hantaran..but that will be after I complete all the bunga telur orders..

Thinking about these orders made me regret going to Nilai 3, it was damn hot on Saturday, and despite all the searching I could not find what I want, and the price of all the ribbons and materials for bunga telur there was much much higher than I expected. At least I have satisfy my curiosity by going there, lesson learned, no more trip to Nilai 3 for bungatelur.com…hehehe..

Sorry people, these karipap sardin pics were taken about 2 months ago masa time tgh rajin nak buat karipap…hahaha…now I feel like eating karipap sardin tapi letih mengenangkan kena uli tepung etc, then cili kering mesin pon dah habis dlm stok peti ais…well, kena tunggu keje2 membuat bunga telur biru selesai la jawabnya, baru adventure in the kitchen can begin…

I still wonder what did I do wrong in my pastry puff tu, everytime I try to do karipap pusing, the doh yg ada margarine tu sah2 jadi terlebih margarine then bila gelek dgn pencanai dia lekat kat board…eerkkkk…bila letak margarine skit nanti tepung tu tak nak bercantum plak…last2 gelek semua campor dua jenis doh tu, jadi la whatever type of karipap pastry, dah tak pusing2 lagi dah rupanya..janji buleh masuk mulut, mkn…hahahha..

Emmm…..I’m off to downstairs, nak tgk Wanita Hari Ini sambil sambung buat bunga telur, nak make sure bila Karnival Sure Heboh kat Nilai 3 tu, time org nak pi shopping brg keje kawin ni la diorang pon nak buat Sure Heboh…hishh..rimas sungguh kalau ramai org and jln jammed…till later ok…bestnya mkn karipap sardin, nyam nyam…

I managed to let go of my bunga telur task for the past 2 days, Hubby said I took day off..hahaha..I managed to read this book up to chapter 5, last chapter I stopped at was at Chapter 3, I guess…

What a great new perspective it gave to me in understanding how different man and woman think in the same situation. Yet those misunderstandings create wound in relationship without either party to realize that what actually drive them apart is the way they look at things differently.

I really recommend this book to anyone interested to maintain a lasting relationship, no matter how long you have been together there are still lots of things that actually we need to re learn and learn in order to be a better partner in life.
